This
is a superb and very glamorous 1930's Art Deco Epstein birds
eye maple bed. The internal width is exactly 47" so will
accomodate a standard double bed, but can be extented to accomodate
a King Size if wanted. Epstein is an esteemed furniture maker
of the Deco period. This gorgeous bed comes with attached bedside
cabinets and is veneered in a heavily figured blonde maple veneer.
The cabinets both have one drawers and one internal shelf and
still retain their original bakelite handles. The whole piece
has been fully restored and traditionally hand French polished
and so comes to you in excellent condition.
