This is an exceptionally attractive 1930's Art Deco English rosewood writing desk. As those of you who have been searching for a desk will know, finding true Art Deco styling is relatively hard, so we were very pleased to have sourced this beauty. It has an very desirable modernist/contemporary look easily intergrating with modern furnishings. Featuring a beautiful figured grain throughout with ebonised plinth and bar handles which accentuates the whole shape. Single pedestal with four drawers and one central drawer to the main with left cupboard with internal shelving. All runs smoothly as when first manufactured. We've had this piece fully restored and so comes to you in excellent condition with no flaws to mention.
