1930's Art Deco catalin bakelite desk set made by Carvacraft. The amber coloured bakelite has wonderful markings and a great shape with beautiful art deco stepped sides so typical of the era it was designed in. Carvacraft was a fantastic range of art deco desk ware designed and made in England and made in lovely rich colours of phenolic bakelite, they made various desktop items. Here is an inkstand, a letter rest and stamp sponge holder. All in excellent condition with no damage to mention.
